The pillows were the softest, great breakfast with diverse and delicious options, fantastic rooftop bar, friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is new and modern with a rooftop pool and bar. The staff is friendly and the location is great. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with an upgrade option. Breakfast offers a varied selection. a good choice for a few nights stay.

As party people, we loved the fantastic location near large shopping malls and the lively atmosphere. The polite and responsive team made our stay even more enjoyable. The large and clean rooms were perfect for relaxing after a night of partying. And the fantastic breakfast provided a great start to our day.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, with all the tourist attractions within walking distance. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and cozy place to stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that your needs are met. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options that change daily. it's hard to find anything I didn't like about this place, as it offers a perfect location and impeccable service.

The rooftop bar was not yet opened during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a great stay at this hotel recently. The location in district 1 was perfect for exploring the main attractions in the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service with room service, housekeeping, and restaurant/bar options available. The room amenities were also impressive, including air conditioning, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and comfortable bedding with parquet floors for a touch of luxury.

We loved everything about this hotel. The friendliest staff we have ever met, everything new, totally comfortable, high quality breakfasts and such a great variety and traditional dishes, super clean everything, comfortable beds and free minibar. Our luggage was stored safely, the English of the staff was great and they always smiled at us. The hotel is in an excellent location - most of the sightseeing highlights of this city are within walking distance of the hotel. the area is filled with bars and restaurants, so very easy to go out while staying here.

The buffet breakfast at Icon Saigon was excellent. The options were extensive, with delicious Western and Vietnamese dishes. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel room wasvery comfy and tidy, providing a relaxing stay. the complementary bottled waters were a lifesaver in the scorching heat. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers visiting Saigon.

They even offered us a late checkout at a discounted rate which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a romantic escape.

That our room didn't have an external facing window, so there was no natural light.
